Accounting Assistant

Accounting Assistant (M/F) Parque das Nações, Lisbon.

Profile we are looking for:

• Previous experience in accounting
• Degree in Accounting or Management, with proven exposure to taxation
• Good level of English (mandatory)
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP and SAGE (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Posting accounting entries

✔️ Organizing and filing documentation

✔️ Analyzing trial balances and reconciling accounts

✔️ Payroll processing

✔️ Supporting tax declarations

✔️ Assisting with reporting and monthly analysis

What we offer:

• Outsourcing contract, with an estimated duration of 1 year
• Salary between €1,350 and €1,700, adjustable and negotiable based on experience
