Temp-to-Hire Accounting Assistant opportunity!

Our client is is seeking a detail oriented professional with experience in tax preparation, payroll, QuickBooks or any combination of these skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily accounting functions, including data entry, account reconciliation, and financial record maintenance
  • Assist with tax preparation, payroll processing, and/or QuickBooks tasks based on experience
  • Prepare and organize financial documents for internal use and client review
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, answer questions, and provide excellent service
  • Maintain accurate and confidential financial records

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field required
  • Experience in tax preparation, payroll, QuickBooks, or any combination of these areas
