Accounting Assistant

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that trade spending activities are controlled and recorded according to corporate policies during financial period and as part of the month end close activities. This role is located in Queretaro, Mexico.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Trade spending and journal entries**: Validate the flow of trade spending requests for control and journal entries related to accruals, credit notes, and payment orders.
**Deductions management**: Follow up on deductions with commercial and logistics teams, clear deductions against credit notes, and provide visibility of valid open deductions to the commercial team.
**Credit and reconcilliation**: Reconcile and request credit memos from the Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Legal teams
