Key Responsibilities

Purchasing

  • Assist in sourcing and procuring supplies, equipment, and services necessary for cold storage operations.
  • Maintain and update purchase orders, ensuring timely approvals and accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors to track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and negotiate pricing when required.
  • Ensure purchase transactions comply with company policies and budget guidelines.

Accounts Payable

  • Review and process vendor invoices, verifying accuracy and compliance with purchasing agreements.
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers while reconciling outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accounts payable records, monitor due dates, and manage payment scheduling to optimize cash flow.
