Job Description:

● Record all financial transactions of the company both system and all books of accounts.

● Maintain financial records up to date.

● Reconciling bank and book balances.

● Assist in preparing financial statements.

● Processing payments to the supplier.

● Maintain and monitor accounts payable.

● Track all the expenses of the company and analyze the budget and actual data.

● Filing and encoding of all issued receipts and other supporting documents needed in accounting.

● Issue bills to customers, as needed.

● Assist on collecting payments from the customers, as needed.

● Other tasks that the management may be given.


Qualifications:

● The candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s /College Degree in Finance Management/Accounting Technology or equivalent
