Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a Junior Accounting Assistant / Accounting Apprentice to join our Finance team on a part-time basis (4 hours per day, mornings) for a 6-month maternity substitution. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn accounting through hands-on experience in an international environment.

• Support the Cash Management activities
• Upload bank transactions into the accounting system
• Match and apply customer payments to invoices
• Support the review and clean-up of customer accounts
• Support bank reconciliations
• Support credit card bookings and reconciliations
• Ensure transactions are booked accurately and in line with internal procedures

• Basic background or first experience in accounting or administration
• Comfortable using standard IT tools
