Job Description
The Accounting Assistant for PUD supports daily accounting and documentation processes related to collections, receivables monitoring, and coordination with Operations, Couriers, Customer Service, and Client. The role includes handling OR and AR transactions, preparing collection and deposit reports, monitoring open receivables, and ensuring timely submission of required documents. It also involves maintaining accurate records, assisting in billing and reconciliation tasks, and providing regular updates to concerned departments for smooth operational flow.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Accounting, Finance, or Business-related course
- With basic knowledge of accounting processes and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented and organized
