Accounting Assistant

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team at Basic Hauling and Logistic Inc. in Antipolo City, Rizal. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing vital support to our accounting department, ensuring accurate financial records and efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts on a regular basis
• Support the preparation of payroll and ensure timely processing of employee wages and benefits
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
