ACCOUNTING ASSISSTANT
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor outstanding payables and reconcile supplier statements.
- Maintain accurate records of disbursements and expense allocations.
Accounts Receivable
- Prepare billing statements and monitor collections from clients.
- Record receipts, reconcile customer accounts, and follow up on overdue balances.
- Generate aging reports and provide updates to management.
BIR Filing
- Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR reports (e.g., VAT, withholding tax, income tax).
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and maintain proper documentation for filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors or consultants for tax‑related matters.
