ACCOUNTING ASSISSTANT

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

  • Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
  • Monitor outstanding payables and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Maintain accurate records of disbursements and expense allocations.

Accounts Receivable

  • Prepare billing statements and monitor collections from clients.
  • Record receipts, reconcile customer accounts, and follow up on overdue balances.
  • Generate aging reports and provide updates to management.

BIR Filing

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR reports (e.g., VAT, withholding tax, income tax).
  • Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and maintain proper documentation for filings.
  • Coordinate with external auditors or consultants for tax‑related matters.
