Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration , or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting and administrative work.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation and accounting laws (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance.
  • Prior sales support experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general accounting and bookkeeping (ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts).
  • Assist in payroll processing and HR‑related administrative tasks.
