Accounting Analyst

A leading multinational company based in Perú, providing consulting services abroad, is looking for top talent to join its team as a Accounting Analyst.

Requirements

• Bachelor?s degree in Accounting.
• More than 2 years of experience in analyst-level accounting roles, preferably in multinational environments.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus).
• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data validation).
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar) to improve efficiency and workflows (mandatory).
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
