Accounting Analyst

Description We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to support a Financial Services organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin through a Contract assignment. This role will focus on reviewing trust-related accounting controls, confirming that required court-accounting reminders are correctly established, and helping maintain accurate oversight across a large volume of files. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting knowledge, careful attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
• Examine a high volume of special needs trust files to confirm that court-accounting tracking items are in place and operating as intended.
• Validate the accuracy and completeness of accounting ticklers associated with trust records and identify any gaps requiring correction.
