What Your New Challenge Will Look Like

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting activities, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes for a US and Brazilian entity
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct / manage accounts payable process (recording and processing of incoming invoices).
• Conduct / manage accounts receivable process (ensure timely processing and preparation of outgoing invoices including debtor management).
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Process travel and other related expenses.
• Manage banking and cash flows.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors in the preparation of tax returns.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial data and analysis.
