Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin / Accounting Clerk to support our daily office and basic accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Encode data and prepare documents using MS Word and Excel
  • Assist in basic accounting records and filing
  • Handle office coordination and other assigned tasks
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records

  • Willing to learn and has good initiative

  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to work independently
  • Bacolod-based or willing to work in Bacolod

Employment Type: Full-time

8am-5pm Mon-Sat

Work Location: Bacolod City
