About the Role
We’re hiring an Accounting Assistant to support payroll, invoicing, HR coordination, and financial administration within a staffing-focused environment.
This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with compliance processes, and the ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Invoicing
- Ensure timely processing of weekly payroll and invoicing, including PO tracking.
- Enter payroll data accurately and coordinate approvals.
- Update CRM systems related to invoicing and payroll.
Accounting & Financial Support
- Manage Accounts Payable.
- Assist with Sales Tax returns.
- Maintain and organize cloud-based financial files.
