Job Description

  • Assist in updating global inventory standard costs in Oracle.
  • Oversee zero-cost updates and cost roll-ups (BOM).
  • Manage inventory E&O provisions and subcontractor inventory reconciliations.
  • Review and approve Discrepant Material Requisitions (DMR).
  • Accrue and review Return Material Authorization (RMA).
  • Handle rebates, including authorization and payments.
  • Manage distributor Ship & Debit claims and reconcile distributor inventory.
  • Validate POS data and ensure alignment with Ship & Debit claims.
  • Perform month-end cost close processes.
  • Address auditors' queries related to assigned items.
  • Participate in the implementation of new systems and projects.
  • Assist with inventory and distributor audits
