Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global multinational and gain exposure to all aspects of the finance function.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager and European Financial Controller, gaining hands-on experience in the day-to-day running of the finance function.
This role is best suited to a commercially minded accountant who:

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Month End, Quarter End, and Year End close processes for various European legal entities
  • Prepare and post general ledger entries throughout the month and at period end
  • Manage and submit government returns as required
  • Support interim and year-end audit processes, including:
  • Preparing the year-end audit file
