Accountant

Lead end-to-end accounts and finance operations and mentor team members

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with costing and margin analysis

Track EBITDA vs budget, variance analysis, and business performance

Act as strategic finance partner to manufacturing and supply chain teams

Manage capital budgeting, working capital, and enterprise value optimization

Ensure statutory, tax, MCA, SOX/ICFR, and transfer pricing compliances

Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors, banks, and overseas corporate offices

Handle Board, Audit Committee, and AGM-related matters

Lead SAP B1 implementation and ERP process improvements

Manage EXIM compliances, including EPCG, RoDTEP, duty drawback, and BRC/BOE filings
