Accountant

Role Purpose

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Accountant to manage full-set accounts for the company. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle day-to-day accounting operations independently with strong proficiency in Xero Accounting software while also leveraging basic IT and strong Excel scripting skills to improve efficiency and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

A. Full Set of Accounts

• Handle full-set accounting, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), GST filing and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes

B. Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for presentation
