Accountant

Overview

Hepokullan Lämpö Oy is looking for an experienced accountant to handle real‑estate accounting tasks. The role is permanent and located in Hepokulla, Turku, with on‑site work. The accountant will work closely with two office secretaries and the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive accounting for eight housing companies and one limited company, including year‑end closing
• Managing billing and separate invoicing such as sauna fees, water bills, and electricity consumption for parking spaces
• Handling shareholder changes and maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
• Monitoring shareholder loans such as repair loans and preparing VAT declarations for the limited company
• Preparing various official reports and providing customer service
