Job Description
- Oversee the organization's financial operations by managing day-to-day accounting and treasury activities, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all financial data and transactions.
- Implements and monitors internal control systems to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, ensure proper authorization of transactions, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the Finance and Accounting team by providing leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient execution of financial operations. This includes overseeing cash receipts and disbursements, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance by preparing and submitting timely tax returns, government filings, and reports required by BIR, SEC, and other regulatory agencies.
