Accountant

The Accountant is a key member of the finance team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger and the integrity of financial reporting. This role manages a diverse portfolio including Fixed Assets (CapEx), Marketing, and accruals. Beyond month-end execution, the Accountant serves as a critical bridge between accounting, FP&A and cross-functional business partners (BPs) to provide treasury support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable and accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment setup, and collections follow-up.
• Full support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Own customer account setup across payment methods including credit card (UCollect), ACH autopay (GoCardless), and direct ACH.
• Handle account management and communication for domestic and international wholesale customers with professionalism and persistence.
