What You'll Do
Run payroll for US team through Gusto: process payroll, handle employee changes, ensure accurate pay runs and filings as needed.
Run payroll for Chile team: process payroll, handle employee changes, ensure accurate pay runs and filings as needed.
Bookkeeping & reporting: manage monthly bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, and produce clear financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and custom reports as needed).
