Our Client and well established family run business in the North Tyneside area are currently on the lookout for a fully qualified Accountant to join their team


Job Description:

  • Produce accurate monthly management accounts within agreed deadlines

  • Deliver clear, timely and actionable management information (MI)

  • Analyse profitability across transport, warehousing, and key contracts

  • Work with management to identify, implement and optimise accounting systems and tools

  • Drive the adoption of automation and AI to improve reporting efficiency and insight

  • Improve reporting timelines, consistency, and data quality

  • Support cashflow management and forecasting

  • Partner with operations to understand cost drivers and improve margins

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Develop and mentor junior finance staff
