Role Overview
The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements while supporting management with financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and petty cash

Process payroll and statutory deductions

Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (KRA, VAT, PAYE, NSSF, SHA, etc.)

Prepare budgets and monitor expenditure

Track expenses and manage cash flow

Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
