Accountant – Mumbai
Role Overview
The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial
reporting, compliance, and supporting audit requirements. The role involves handling General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice verification etc
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Verification and confirmation of sales invoices
- Verification of office and other operational expenses
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
2. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance other applicable tax laws
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for tax-related matters
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process supplier invoices and schedule payments
