Financial Administration

  • Maintains accurate financial records in accordance with IFRS and internal policies.
  • Performs daily bank reconciliations and ensures accuracy of cash balances.
  • Prepares and reviews payments using various banking systems.
  • Supports the CFO in preparing for external audits and compiles audit packs, including VAT 201 submissions.
  • Oversees accounts payable, ensuring timely invoice processing and payment execution.
  • Ensures ERP system data integrity and supports other departments with ad hoc analysis.
  • Financial Reporting

  • Assists with month-end close processes, including journal entries and financial reporting.
  • Participates in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Supports the development of monthly schedules and internal control procedures.
