Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Manage the full accounting and finance function.

  • Process daily financial transactions accurately and timeously.

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.

  • Monitor cash flow and assist with financial planning.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

  • Prepare and submit statutory returns where applicable.

  • Capture supplier invoices onto the accounting system.

  • Ensure all purchases are properly authorised before processing.

  • Maintain supplier accounts and resolve account queries.

  • Perform monthly supplier reconciliations.
