Job Description

Job Purpose: Support the finance department in the accounting cycle (book opening/closing), annual reporting, payroll, and audits; ensure legal compliance (state and federal laws), and collaborate with HR on productivity analysis. Requirements (Must-have) Education: Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience. Experience: 1–3 years in accounting (operational + analytical). Knowledge of regulations: Payroll calculation and deductions in accordance with state and federal laws (taxes, insurance, withholdings). Tools: Excel (advanced for accounting: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, , SUMIFS), Word, email. Audit: Basic management of internal/external audits and compliance. Skills: Attention to detail, organization, professional ethics, independent and collaborative work, time management.
