This role is responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance. The role requires a strong understanding of US and India Accounting best practices (specifically GAAP rules), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Experience with AI or technology companies is a plus.
