Accountant (Granby)

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day accounting and the accounting cycle through to monthly closing (reconciliations, journal entries, preparation of financial reports).
• Optimize and automate accounting processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze financial results and establish relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
• Conduct financial and strategic analyses, including business cases, profitability studies, and grant applications.
• Serve as a business partner to management by providing recommendations and supporting financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in an SME or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing the entire accounting cycle.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and the ability to organize and analyze financial data.
