Location: Foshan, Guangdong Province, China


Report to: AR Team Leader

About the role:


Responsible for AR process including collect, cash application, manage credit and other AR tasks.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Daily operation activities including processing bank statement, clearing customer account record, resolving disputes or queries from customer.

  • Reconcile receivable accounts and collect outstanding payments from customers as per company collect policy.

  • Responsible for resolving customer’s payment enquiries by phone call and email.

  • Other jobs arranged by Team Leader or Team Manager.

    • What experience we expect from you:


    Essential:

  • Three to Five (3-5) years of account receivable experience in finance and accounting.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook essential.
