Description We are looking for an entry-level Accountant to join a growing team on a contract-to-permanent basis. The role offers exposure to core accounting operations while supporting accurate billing, payment processing, and month-end and year-end tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Review and process a steady flow of vendor invoices each day, ensuring records are complete and entered accurately.
• Record client-related charges and assign expenses to the correct billing matters for timely invoicing.
• Prepare payment runs, print checks, and support the distribution and tracking of outgoing payments.
