Requirements

  • Pastel Partner & Payroll 50
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years experience within an accounting role

Scope

  • Transaction Processing for four branches as well as related entities
  • Invoicing
  • Reconcile VAT from Pastel - All Entities
  • Submit VAT 201 returns - All Entities
  • Reconciliation
  • Journal Processing
  • Prepare financial reporting for Partners meetings
  • Management Accounts
  • Payroll Processing: Salaries, EMP 201, EMP501, HR reports for Partners Meetings
  • Tax Planning advice (PAYE/Prov Tax)
  • WSP Requirements
  • Handle all accounting related queries
