Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control for logistics and warehouse operations.
- Handle invoicing, billing, and reconciliation of client accounts.
- Manage inventory accounting and cost tracking for warehouse operations.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics or warehousing industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel for data analysis.
- Experience with inventory and cost accounting is an advantage.
- Experience in WMS systems used in logistics and warehousing companies.
