Responsible to manage daily reporting function for the all the entities in Ghana

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:


DAILY REPORTING

  • Summary of Daily report.

  • Review of inventory (QV)

  • Bank reconciliations

  • DSO&DPO (Aging)

  • Mass balance review

  • Daily sales report for management

  • Assist commercial team on cost/margin reviews

    • ASSISTANCE TO THE FINANCE CONTROLLER

    Month End Reporting:

  • Review of fixed cost

  • Review of COGS, Varex and Sales

  • Loading other information/statistical data in HFM (Headcount, Market Share, Service Stations, Terminal Capacity, Airport Capacity, etc.

    • Budget & Planning:

  • Consolidate the budget numbers from the team and load in HFM

  • Full P&L budget; reviewing budget numbers & assumptions from the team

  • Load other budget information in HFM(Headcount and other statistic...
