Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. General Accounting
-Maintain accurate and complete accounting records and financial transactions.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
-Record, review, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
-Monitor cash flow and prepare cash position reports.
-Ensure proper recording of assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses.
-Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
2. Financial Reporting
-Prepare management reports and financial analyses.
-Assist management in budgeting and financial forecasting.
-Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements.
-Monitor company expenditures and budget utilization.
