Accountant

Minimum Requirements:

• SAIPA Registered or completed SAIPA Articles
• Minimum 1 year post-articles experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Tax experience is essential
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Advantageous:

• Property industry experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
• Tax calculations, submissions, and compliance
• General ledger reconciliations and reporting
• Financial analysis and variance reporting
• Assistance with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial and statutory requirements
• Ad hoc finance-related duties
