Purpose of the Role

Monster Group is seeking a qualified and detail-driven Accountant to manage our accounting operations in the Philippines. This role combines payroll processing, tax compliance, and general accounting duties to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth operational support. The successful candidate will take ownership of our local financial activities, supporting both our employees and senior leadership team through timely and precise execution of responsibilities.
