Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing
  • Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and supporting analysis
  • Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors to facilitate the audit process
  • Handle Singapore GST reporting and related submissions
  • Maintain proper accounting records and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of deliverables
  • Manage assigned client portfolio and maintain good client relationships
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients on accounting and finance matters
  • Support ad hoc assignments and other accounting and HR -related duties as assigned
