Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts using Tally Prime . Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and Reconciliation) . Generate and maintain Sales Invoices, Tax Invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes . Record daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and bank entries. Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Handle e-commerce accounting operations for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. Reconcile marketplace settlements, commissions, returns, refunds, and payment reports. Maintain purchase and sales records with proper documentation. Assist in TDS calculations and statutory compliance. Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
