Accountant / Accounting Assistant Property Management Experience

Property management and/or condominium accounting
- Complete bookkeeping of buildings and owners
- Collection and accounting of rents
- Management of reminders, collections and suspense accounts
- Processing of rental charges and ancillary costs
- Entry, control and payment of supplier invoices
- Management of building bank accounts (segregated accounts)
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly and annual closings
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements according to Geneva practices
- Preparation of owners’ account statements
- Preparation of annual budgets...
