We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Services Coordinator (ASC) to join our team in Raleigh, NC. Reporting to the Manager, this role requires the ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and able to quickly shift focus to address urgent or unexpected issues.The ASC also serves as a key contributor in identifying trends, recurring issues, and other insights to support meetings, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.Responsibilities
