Job Description

The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of reseller and corporate accounts by building strong partnership relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through product adoption and upsell.

The CAM acts as a trusted business partner, not just a sales contact, by understanding each reseller's business, providing strategic recommendations, and coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Support) to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Include
Managing assigned reseller accounts and maintaining regular engagement

Identifying opportunities for business expansion (domains, hosting, Pro Services, MSEO, web design, etc.)

Conducting account reviews, health checks, and performance analysis

Supporting resellers with product knowledge, promotions, and go-to-market guidance
