Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the construction sector by identifying opportunities, preparing and submitting competitive bids, and negotiating contracts with government and private sector clients. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of construction bidding processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities


Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government and private sectors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, government agencies, and key decision-makers
  • Monitor public bid portals and private project leads to identify relevant opportunities

Bidding & Proposal Management

  • Prepare, coordinate, and submit complete and compliant bids and proposals
