Role Overview

As an Account Payable Specialist, you will join our Finance team in Milan and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Accounts Payable process, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. You will work closely with colleagues across the business and with external suppliers to support the smooth running of AP activities.

Your Mission

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring correct VAT treatment and supporting documentation.
• Manage manual and intercompany invoice postings and maintain accurate supplier master data.
