About the role:

We are looking for an Experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for our products and solutions in VMware BU.

What you'll do:

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary technical liaison for VMware services and solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of VMware updates and industry trends, offering insights and recommendations to enhance clients' VMware environments.
  • Works on key accounts of high complexity under some supervision (tiered levels based on complexity and partner size)
  • Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the agreed plan
  • Drive sales out of agreed vendor portfolio including new vendor identification and on-boarding and other business development initiatives in order to optimise results
