Job Description
We're looking for an Account Manager who ensures client accounts move through our system on time, in order, and without confusion. You'll own the process, enforce the system, and solve problems independently before escalating.
This is an operational role, not a strategy role. You won't be deciding what content to create or advising clients on their marketing. However, you do need enough social media and marketing experience to spot quality issues, recognize when something's off, and coordinate confidently with creative teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor all client accounts daily to identify and resolve blocks, delays, or stalled tasks
- Maintain clear, updated status communication for each client (current phase, dependencies, next steps, timeline)
- Coordinate work across Content Specialists, Design, and QA teams
