Essential Job Functions

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and satisfaction through a combination of effective communication, proactivity and taking on a client-centric approach. 

• Understand client challenges, and preferences though actively listening and paying close attention to needs, concerns and feedback.  

• Research and determine client's requirements and address queries.
