Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Developing mediumto-long-range sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of customers.
  • Developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts.
  • Develop the topics with customers from engineering and purchasing, logistics, and create/find the new opportunities from the topics.
  • Identify customer needs, promote the existing Molex product family or drive the internal resource to provide appropriate solutions to realize the opportunity.
  • Deeply study and understand customer’s sales strategy, technology trend, product roadmap, etc. and formulate the appropriate business plan with sales strategy.
