Essential Functions:
Developing mediumto-long-range sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of customers. Developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts. Develop the topics with customers from engineering and purchasing, logistics, and create/find the new opportunities from the topics. Identify customer needs, promote the existing Molex product family or drive the internal resource to provide appropriate solutions to realize the opportunity. Deeply study and understand customer’s sales strategy, technology trend, product roadmap, etc. and formulate the appropriate business plan with sales strategy.
